Stephanie Sauget Gerber B.A., M.Ed

Stephanie Sauget Gerber grew up in a rural community is Southwestern Illinois and graduated with a whopping 27 other students. From Valmeyer High School she was recruited to a local small private liberal arts college with an academic scholarship, McKendree College (now University.) Stephanie was active in her undergraduate history studies; she was elected as a representative for her class in student government, was the president of her honors fraternity, and worked as a research assistant and in the archives for her professors.
Stephanie started substitute teaching when she entered her graduate studies, also at McKendree University in the fall of 2004. She maintained a 3.85 grade point average and became a certified teacher in 2006.
Stephanie devoted many years to be a stay at home mother of her son and daughter, who both now attend the Camdenton R-3 school district. She re-entered the workforce in 2018. In her spare time her hobbies include being a Master Naturalist, caving, and gardening. She is very proud to be a member of the Calo academic team since December 2019!
